Is there a way to direct imported requirements to a specific package when pulling requirements in from an excel spreadsheet? We house our requirements in ReqPro. I have created a template to import them, but they all go to the "main project" folder...even though I designate an existing package by name.

As it turns out, direct import to specific packages in your project isn't currently supported, and all elements get imported to the top level (the Package field gets ignored on import). I've added this as a feature request in our internal tracking system in order to give it some visibility during our next product planning meeting. We'll evaluate it and see if it's something we can implement in time for our upcoming release.

Went through this with Jason recently. If you add an attribute to determine which package you want to house the requirements, it is relatively simple to sort the requirements (in the left pane) by that attribute and drag the requirements (you can multi-select) to their target package. I did it for a rather large project, and it was much less painful than I imagined.
