As it turns out, CaseComplete won't automatically update references to renamed actors in the narrative (text) sections of your project. Only the explicit references to the actor (i.e., primary and supporting actors) in a use case will be updated automatically. Any references to the changed actor name in the narratives will have to be changed manually. An easy way to do this would be to click Home / Replace on the ribbon bar (2011 and later versions) and use the replace tool to find and replace any reference to your old actor’s name with the new one.
You have a few options other than the online resources and support available, as well. Also accessible in File / Help, the Tutorial offers a good overview of the major features, and you might also find the Custom Reports document (under Help Documents) on that screen useful, as there are vast amounts of information in the Custom Reports document for tweaking the built-in report templates to make them "just right."
