Change the default font?

Hi

I have formatted a report template to have fonts come out in Arial or Tahoma to match my business' SRS template. However, when the report is run it seems the default text font from CC (Segoe UI) overwrites the formatting from the template. I checked around in CC to see where I could set a new default text for the app but could not find it.... So....

  1. Can we set a new default font in CC and, if so, how?

  2. If no to #1, can the templates be coded to ENFORCE a font on output from CC?

Cheers

Hi Paul,

The default font in the CaseComplete interface is Segoe UI and cannot be changed. However, any report you generate should honor the font that is specified in the report template anywhere that Segoe UI is used.

There is, however, one sticky exception if the project was created on an XP machine that did not have the Segoe UI font installed and then later updated on machines that do have Segoe UI installed.

Do you think this might be the situation you're in? If so, I might be able to give you a workaround.

Hi,

I've got the same issue working from an XP machine with no Segoe UI installed. Can you let me have the workaround please?

Thanks,

Nick

In a somewhat related note, when I'm writing my main success scenario the default font size defaults to 9.5 and whenever you hit enter for the next step it changes back to font size 10! this is actually rather infuriating as it doesnt allow you to even select all in the main success scenario window and change the font for the whole block :(
