This is now supported in the latest release. You can also create similar filters for actor goals, issues, test scenarios, etc.

Filter: User Stories without acceptance criteria
I would like to be able to create a tab/filter where User Stories without acceptance criteria can be listed so that I an quickly locate those stories

As the stories are being written, if they need acceptance criteria that could be noted as an Issue on the Supplemental tab. Issues are a prebuilt filter so easy to find your stories that need Acceptance Criteria.

I second this request. The previous suggested 'work around' of adding an issue is not suitable (have to remember to add issue before starting any story and remember to clear it after the first AC is added - never going to stay in sync on a large project)
