Not all Open Issues appear in the list

This has been making me a bit crazy....I've tried everything I can think of.

In the project specification template, if I run the report for a specific package, not all the open issues display in the open issues list at the back.

There are some issues that show up linked in the requirements section that then do not show up in the open issues table at the end.  Any idea why would that be?

I don't have any sub packages under the package I am running the report for; and if I run the same template for all packages, the issues show up in the open issues list as expected.

In the image of the requirements tree (req issue) - it is the "queue file format" issues that are showing up in the open issues list but the online bill pay client issues are not.

If I click on the package and display the issues tab in the browser the issues are there as shown in the second image (issue).

The template code for the open issues list is:

|

$tableOpenIssuesSortParentID $if [ParentID <> ‘’]$ParentID:$endif $if [ParentID = ‘’]$ParentTypeName:$endif $ParentName

|

$Description

|

$Status

$AssignedTo $if [ResolveBy <> ‘’]to resolve by $ResolveBy $endif

|

Catherine,

Sorry to hear about the issue with reporting issues. I think this might be related to a known bug we addressed a couple of months ago regarding reporting issues on nested requirements. Please ensure you've got the latest version of CaseComplete by clicking Tools / Check for Updates and install an update if one is found.

If that doesn't fix the problem, please send us an email at support@serlio.com to submit a support request ticket. Please include your serial number and what version of CaseComplete you are using, and reference this post. Instructions to locate these are found here: http://casecomplete.zendesk.com/entries/20466101-locating-your-serial-number

Thanks,

Jason

Ahhhh that's probably it.  I haven't updated in a bit because it requires IT to allow admin rights for me to install. I will put in a ticket with my IT and get them to update me right away!

Thanks!
