Marking Requirements.cc comments as responded to or viewed

I'd like to ensure that i respond to comments and avoid having to go in and out of comments to check whether i have responded or not. I'd therefore like to be able to mark comments as seen and responded and for those comments to be moved so that they aren't presented to me upon login. Anything not responded to should be presented to me on login so that i can deal with those comments.
