Hi, any news on this?
I have exactly the same problem: definiton has changed and needs to be replaced at all positions in the whole use case.

FollowDictionary entry changes should flow through all references
When some of us begin projects we work with the business stakeholders to create a common definiton of terms for how we are going to refer to artifacts within the projects. The dictionary is generated first to reflect this common vocabulary and use cases refer to these artifact names throughout. The common vocabulary is subject to change. For example, we might change an artifact name like "approved commodities list" to "common commodities list" to refine the definition after we discover some commodities are approved for purchase but not commonly available to purchase. When we change these in the dictionary, there will be multiple references within use cases to the old artifact name that are not reflected when the dictionary entry is changed. The search and replace feature needs to be used to change these references, which is somewhat clumsy in CaseComplete. When a dictionary entry is changed, all recognized references to that Dictionary Entry should automatically be updated throughout the document or there should be a feature similar to the renumbering feature to change those references. A recognized dictionary entry within a use case should be treated as a reference to the dictionary, instead of just a text accelerator and a mechanism for highlighting the name within the use case.

I have used the Find-Replace function now, but this could be optimised a bit so that you can see more text around the expression found.
A dedicated automatism maybe with asking if the changes should be applied anywhere in the project would be greater though.
