Adding signs to packages, use cases or requirements

Hello,

a nice feature for me would be adding symbol-icons to packages, requirements and use cases.

The reason is, one often sketches use cases without going through the features thoroughly. As not only me, but also my colleagues work on the project, I just want to give them a sign like "these use cases are ready, you can develop" or "you needn't check this package, the descriptions are not complete yet. Sure one can define custom fields "status" or something like that, but I'm rather sure that not everyone goes through each field in a use case and reads it carefully.

Maybe you could add this feature to some new version?
