Although you can change the default actor image for diagrams, it would be a big help if you could change this for each actor. When creating multiple diagrams I like to try to use the same image to represnt a given actor. Being able to set this per actor would help us to be more consistent and would save time spent now going to the settings and changing the default each time you need to drag/drop an actor onto a diagram.

Many of my use cases contain system actors and various classes of user actors. Would like to create diagrams that allow me to select image to use for each actor. It only works now if you create the actor via the diagramming tool. Not if you created your list of actors prior to diagramming.
John and Vicki - just want to make sure you are aware that you can drag an actor from the project browser into the diagram using the right mouse button. This will pop up a menu of actor shapes for you to choose from. This doesn't completely address your issue, but it should help.
