Ability to "Insert Requirement Name Link"

Hi,

Assume I have the following requirement defined:

REQ-7  FR - Accepted Credit Cards

Currently, when typing in a description for either a Use Case or for another separate Requirement I can right-click and choose option 'Insert Requirement ID Link' (or Ctrl+R to do the same) and the following gets inserted:

FR - Accepted Credit Cards (REQ-7)

Ideally, I would like to have an alternate option to 'Insert Requirement Name Link' so if I chose that the above would be inserted and linked as:

"FR - Accepted Credit Cards"

(The underlying link could still link back to the ID, however the displayed link would be the Requirement Name surrounded by double quotes)
