When more than one actor has common goals, it would be good for CaseComplete to recognize existing generated use cases from other actors and re-use those rather than generating duplicates.
It would also be very beneficial if the goals with the same names in all other actors could be updated with hyperlinks to those use cases.
For example I have three actors with varying degrees of authority but many of the goals are common and can be modelled with just a single use case for each (e.g. 'Cancel a job'), so only one use case is required.

Very good idea, I noticed that when completing the goals. I had to write them out, then merge them, then enter them into CaseComplete. Good idea to have the ability to merge within the tool. This would save a few additional manual steps.
This could also be handled by introducing Actor hierarchy to Case Complete. I raised this some time ago. I'm not sure if the guys have put this on the future features list.
Is it sufficient to deselect the repeated goals (except for one actor) before exercision "Create Use Cases from Actor Goals". Then, for the use cases select multiple primary actors. This is possible, though only one is displayed.
