Sure thing, Jason. While it can't be done through the use case itself (using the test scenario dropdown menu), you can go to the project browser to remove your errant test scenarios:
Click the plus (+) symbol next to the use case with the unnecessary test scenario to view its attachments (test scenarios, diagrams).
Right-click on the test scenario you'd like to delete and select Delete from the context menu. Alternatively, click on it once to select it and then press the Delete key on your keyboard.
