Each CaseComplete purchase comes with a year of support and free software upgrades. Every month, we send out notices to our users that are coming up for renewal - roughly a month ahead of their actual expiration date - in order to give people time to process any necessities and prevent any gaps in support and upgrades coverage. We don't short-change you, either. If you were to renew a month before expiration, you wouldn't be due for renewal again for another 13 months. Renew two months early? Not due for 14 months, etc.
You can manage each installation of the software to make sure you don't go over your activation limit, as well:
