We've had something similar happen to one of our machines internally and we had to rebuild it's icon cache to get the icon to display correctly again. The information we used to fix the problem was found at:

This could be the same issue that you're seeing and clearing and rebuilding the cache may help. Or, you could first try uninstalling/reinstalling CaseComplete to see if that helps.
