If the activity diagram is too long to fit in one page; is there a way to brake it down to be spread over multiple pages?

Sometimes the activity diagram is too long that is not readable in one page.

In general, CaseComplete doesn't have a lot of control over diagrams.  It tells Word to insert a diagram at a specific location and Word does the formatting.

One thing you could do after generating your activity diagram is manually move the shapes around so that it uses more horizontal space and less vertical space. You would, however, need to do this each time you regenerate the activity diagram.

As an alternative, you might try publishing your project to  http://requirements.cc, our cloud based offering.  This allows you to securely publish your project and allow others to view it and make comments from any computer or device that has internet access.  Diagrams can be viewed full size if desired.  Requirements.cc access comes standard with CaseComplete 2012 R2, due out any day now.
