Migration to Case Complete - Share your Lessons Learned

Need your assistance please. I am helping a very large SOA enterprise (23 million transactions/ day) to migrate from DOORs to CaseComplete and would like to learn from the experiences of the community. The final state will include integration with MS SharePoint and Visio Services. A custom SOA registry and MetaModel within SharePoint will be integrated with dynamic PMO dashboards for project tracking and traceability. The existing CaseComplete integration with Quality Center, and MS Project will be leveraged.

Anything re-usable is apprecited - WBS for the migration - lessons learned - user training guides for case complete & use case approach.

There is no one place for CaseComplete documentation, so hopefully having the list of materials in one spot helps you out.
