It seems that description text can be formatted (fonts, italics, bold, bullets, numbers), but there does not seem to be a way to indent bulleted or numbered text.
Is that true? If so, is this on the radar for an update? If not, what am I missing?

That is correct - you cannot indent bulleted or numbered description text (nicely) today.
It's a great idea but not currently on our radar so I'll add it to our feature request database so it will be.

Hi - just want to "bump" this, since when you paste in text that is already formatted (indented bullets, etc.) into many of the text fields (like Prose or requirements), it retains the formatting, but there is NO WAY TO EDIT IT...you have to cut/paste it out, and try again.
At least there is a paste text some of the time to strip out the formatting...
Please consider either adding in more controls over what we can change (like indenting), or strip it out when pasting things in.
