CaseComplete Activation Error

During activation, you may receive an error indicating the serial number you're trying to use is not valid or could not be used to unlock CaseComplete. This means that the serial number expired before the release date of the software you're attempting to activate.

You can check what version your serial number will activate on the Serial Number Status page.
