Change Sort Order for List Views

By default, CaseComplete sorts your data by item name. You can change the sorting to sort by one, two or three columns. To change the sort order, click on the column header you wish to sort by.  Click on it again to reverse the sort order. To add a secondary sort order, press the shift key when you click the column header.

Alternatively, right-mouse click on the column heading and choose Select columns…

Use the drop-downs to choose the columns for sorting. Click each Ascending checkbox for ascending sort, or leave it unchecked for descending sort.
